CHS Athlete Recognized as McDonald’s All-American

 
Chalmette, LA.- On Friday, February 17th, Chalmette High School students gathered in the school’s gym to celebrate the achievement of senior Mitchel Robinson who was being recognized by McDonald’s for being one of only 24 basketball players to join the McDonald’s All American team.
 
Robinson, who is a 5-star recruit and is ranked 9th in the nation by ESPN, was joined by his family, coaching staff, and teammates as officials presented him with his jersey for the March 29th game.
 
The Chalmette High School Boys’ Basketball team are District Champions this season and will begin the playoff season on February 24 at Chalmette High School. The team’s schedule can be found on the school’s website or by calling 504-301-2600.
