Update from the Superintendent (09.10.2021)

As we resume normal activities in St. Bernard, our thoughts are with neighboring communities that experienced loss from Hurricane Ida.

We are fortunate in how our parish weathered this storm, and it has been inspiring to see the people of our parish come together over these last two weeks. The daily acts of kindness and incredible generosity that you have shown have set the example for others to follow.

We are thankful that our schools and facilities are in great shape and are ready to welcome our students back on Monday, September 13, 2021.

Strength is often revealed during times of crisis. During this latest challenge, our theme of unity and community has really resonated. From our elected officials to our school leaders, teachers, staff, and families, we have truly worked as one to guide our community throughout this latest storm — safely and together.

We are grateful for your continued support, trust, and commitment during these difficult times.

As always, stay well, stay informed, and stay UNITED
