Welcome back to Gauthier! Ms. Mahler is so thrilled to have you in her class this year! This will be an exciting and memorable school year.  Fourth grade is filled with lots of fun and educational concepts.  This will be the best school year of your life.  So pack up your book bags and come to school ready to learn.

Ms. Mahler has a degree in Elementary Education from Florida Atlantic University and has been teaching since 1992.  She has experience in teaching all grades from K - 8.  She has been teaching at J.F. Gauthier for the past 11 years in 4th Grade.  

She is the mother of 7 children, and all have gone through the St. Bernard Parish School System.  

Ms. Mahler thoroughly enjoys working with children and is looking forward to a fabulous year! Let the school year begin!
