Ms. Schenck was born and raised in St. Bernard.  She graduated from the University of New Orleans with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education.  She has been a teacher for 32 years, with 30 of them being here at J.F. Gauthier.  She does not have any children of her own....unless you count the 4 legged kind. She loves animals...especially dogs! 

Ms. Schenck's planning period is from 1:25 - 2:25 daily. Any messages or calls will be returned at that time, after 3:30, or the next day.
