Coach Devenport is one of two Health & PE teachers at J.F. Gauthier Elementary. She has been teaching for over 20 years, including 1 year in Tangipahoa Parish and the remainder here in St. Bernard Parish, where she and her family reside. Prior to becoming a Health & PE teacher, she taught both 1st and 2nd grade, 4th grade (for 10 years), and Art & Music (as a combo teacher) as well.  She is a Chalmette High School and Southeastern Louisiana University Graduate. Here at Gauthier, Health & PE teaches your students how to lead healthy and active lifestyles while having tons of FUN!
