Coach Colombo is one of two Health & PE teachers at J.F. Gauthier Elementary. She has been teaching for 32 years, including 2 years at her Alma Mater, Promised Land Academy, and the remainder here in St. Bernard Parish, where she and her family reside. Prior to becoming a Health & PE teacher, she taught both 3rd and 4th grade. Coach Colombo and her husband, Ray, have been married for 35 years, and they have two daughters, ages 28 and 31. She is a graduate of Promised Land Academy and Southeastern Louisiana University.
