Ms. St. Angelo is so excited to be back at Chalmette High School teaching Math Essentials and Geometry. She was born and raised in Chalmette, having attended Joseph Davies Elementary, N. P. Trist Middle, and Chalmette High School (graduating valedictorian). She is also a very active member of The Performing Arts Academy, with nearly ten years with them under her belt. She is excited to give back to the community that raised her and to work with many familiar faces. She received her Bachelor's degree from Syracuse University in Psychology with a minor in Philosophy.

Ms. St. Angelo's main goal is to create a constructive environment for growing minds. She has seen a lot of different teaching practices throughout her education and believes that in order to best support the students, you must adapt to their needs. She wants to create a safe environment where students can be themselves without fear while also learning what they need to pass the LEAP test. 

In her free time, she loves reading, writing, and art of all kinds. She produces digital art and edits, as well as short stories. She is also an avid performer, with roles under her belt from her time with CHS Voices, The Performing Arts Academy, and Mr. Dugger's show. Some highlights include Ursula in The Little Mermaid, Mama Ogre/Queen Lillian/Dragon in Shrek the Musical, and Lefou in Beauty and the Beast.
