Ms. Jenna Miserendino

Jenna Miserendino is a Speech-language Pathologist who works with students from pre-k 4 through 5th grade in the areas of speech, language, fluency, and social skills. Although she is new to the school system, she has worked with both children and adults within various outpatient and hospital settings. However, she feels right at home and is happy to be working with the students at Gauthier Elementary.

Ms. Jenna was born and raised in St. Bernard Parish. She is the proud product of the St. Bernard Parish Public School system, where she graduated from Chalmette High School in 2015. She then went on to receive her bachelors from the University of Southern Mississippi before moving back home where she earned her masters in communication disorders from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans.

• I have 2 dogs that I rescued in college! Their names are Asher & Honey.

• I've never traveled out of the country!

• Mardi Gras is my favorite holiday, plus I was queen of a parade!

• I am a huge fan of Broadway shows with Phantom of the Opera being my favorite!
