Elyce Ricouard is excited to begin her first year as a Pre-K teacher at Willie Smith Elementary.  She received her Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies at Western Governors University.  Previously she has taught 2 & 3 year olds at Gethsemane Preschoo for 8 years, and was a Pre-K Special Educationsl Paraprofessional for 4 years.

Mrs. Ricouard is a lifetime resident of St. Bernard Parish, a wife and mother 3 boys.  In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and crafting. 

Mrs. Ricouard love for teaching has guided her beliefs to encourage children to expand their imagination while having fun learning through play and song.
