Ms. Flake or Coach FAb.

Ms. Flake is a U.S. Army veteran with a purple heart who loves any and all things fitness related. She has competed twice on American Ninja Warrior! She was the first Louisiana female to be on the show. She looks forward to teaching and helping each and everyone through health and fitness.
