Ms. Tammy Ozuna
Ms. Ozuna is the 7th grade science teacher at St. Bernard Middle School. She has a passion for teaching science and enjoys attending professional developments that help bring hands-on learning to her students.
Ms. Ozuna is beginning her 8th year of teaching and joined the Eagle faculty in 2018. She is a St. Bernard native and a proud graduate of St. Bernard High School, class of 2000- GO EAGLES! She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of New Orleans, a teaching certification through iTeach Louisiana, and a Master of Arts in Education from Grand Canyon University.
In science class , students will be challenged daily to learn and grow as thinkers and problem solvers. They will be exposed to STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) careers, and learn skills that help them to master the content.
Ms. Ozuna looks forward to working with you and your student this academic year and is excited for a successful year!

Remote Learning Zoom Office Hours
1st period (9-9:20),
3rd period (10-10:20)
5th period (11-11:20)
7th period (12-12:20)
2nd period (9-9:20)
4th period (10-10:20)
6th period (11-11:20)
Daily from 1-3 PM for small group, remediation and individual appointments.
Although there is a designated time for each class period, if a student is unable to attend at their regular scheduled time, they can join during another class period.
