This is Mrs. Bacon's forth sixth teaching Art at Chalmette High School. She has been in education for 20 years and has taught every grade from Kindergarden to 12th grade.

Mrs. Bacon grew up in Mansfield, Louisiana and graduated high school from Louisiana School for Math, Science and the Arts in Natchitoches. She later attended Northwestern State University as well as Louisiana Tech where she studied Photography, Art and Special Education. 

She and her husband moved to Chalmette a few years ago and she has a son currently attending University of New Orleans. She enjoys spending her free time researching and recreating historic art and clothing as well as traveling and camping with family and friends.
