• 2020-2021 Scheduling Information

Please use the appropriate link below to select the courses you will take next school year. You will have to log into your Google Account. It is very important to refer to page 5 of the CHS Scheduling Document for a list of graduation requirements for your diploma type when making your selections. For a better idea of course sequencing of our core area courses, refer to pages 6 and 7 of the scheduling document. You will also find course descriptions in this same document. The link to the scheduling document is below.

If you are unsure which courses you have previously taken and passed, you may now access your unofficial transcript through your Home Access Center (HAC) account. You can find your login information to HAC on the sticker on the inside cover of your agenda. If you do not have your agenda and need your username, please email your counselor.

Understand that any electives chosen require an alternate to be chosen as well. We make every effort to give you your first choice, but there is a very good chance you may get your alternate instead. Choose wisely.

10th Graders: Some of you will choose to graduate in three years. However, this is only an option for students who need only 8 or less graduation requirements. If you indicate on the scheduling form that you wish to be a 3 year graduate, your counselor will review your request and determine if completion of all graduation requirements in three years is a possibility.

11th Graders: Each year we get questions about Early Release. You do have the option to be a January Graduate and exit at the half of the year, but you must be scheduled in four credits of classes each semester. The only exception to this are the students who are enrolled in our DECA program. These students have already met with Ms. Gaudet for and received approval. To be a January graduate, you must have four or less graduation requirements left to take.

    Dual Enrollment

At the end of each scheduling document, you will be asked to indicate if you are interested in enrolling in Dual Enrollment classes through Nunez. If you are serious about being considered for these programs, please also complete the Google Form below.
