Mrs. Sullivan is a 2nd grade teacher at Joseph Davies Elementary School.  She began her teaching career in 2001 at W. Smith Elementary School where she taught 3rd grade for 3 years.  In 2004, she transferred to Joseph Davies where she began teaching 2nd grade and where she found her niche in teaching. Mrs. Sullivan has a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and a Master's Degree in Curriculum & Instruction.  Both degrees were obtained from Our Lady of Holy Cross College.  Mrs. Sullivan believes that teaching is "heart-work", and it is the most rewarding job.  

Mrs. Sullivan is a mom to Guy Jr. and Alexa Sullivan and she is the wife of Guy Sullivan, Sr.  They reside in Meraux and have been lifelong residents of St. Bernard Parish.  Mrs. Sullivan believes strongly in St. Bernard Parish's public educational system where both of her children attend school.
