Seeing her students’ faces light up when they get an answer right is why she looks forward to coming to work each day. She wants her students to embrace their individual differences and never sell themselves short. Her students teach her to appreciate the little things in life that others often take for granted. She currently teaches all core subjects to 6th, 7th, and 8thgrade students with special needs. She has one 29 year old daughter whom she is very proud of. She feels blessed to have a very close family, many friends, and a rewarding job.
