Deborah Gaudet has taught marketing and business classes at CHS for over 40 years and is the chairman of the Business and Career and Technical Education Department. She has also taught business courses at the St. Bernard Community College for four years.

She had the honor of being named the 2001 St. Bernard Parish High School Teacher of the Year.   She holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s +30 Degree  from the University of New Orleans.   She holds teacher certifications in business education, marketing/distributive education,  counseling, administration, and curriculum and instruction and industry-based certifications in Microsoft Office, IC3 (Internet and Computing Core Certification) the National Retail Federation in Customer Service OSHA 10, and CIW Internet Business Associate.
