Mrs. Holzenthal lived in St. Bernard Parish until 2005.   She graduated with a degree in education from Loyola University and a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from LSU.  She is a Reading Specialist and serves as the Arabi Kindergarten Teacher Leader.  She is a creative and enthusiastic teacher.  She is happily married to her college sweetheart and they have a daughter.  She has been teaching since 1998, and almost all of those years were spent in Kindergarten.  When Mrs. Holzenthal is not teaching, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.  Some of her favorite things include reading, shopping, going to the theater, and trying new restaurants.  Her favorite movie is Star Wars.  Her favorite place to vacation is Disney World but when she can't go there, you can find her on the beach during holidays.
