Miss Green is a second grade teacher at Meraux Elementary School. She has taught 1st grade for two years at Lacoste Elementary, and is now on her fifth year of teaching 2nd grade at Meraux Elementary. Miss Green was born and raised in St. Bernard Parish, and is so excited to see what this year has in store! 

Miss Green earned her bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from LSU (Geaux Tigers!).  She recently earned her master's degree in Educational Leadership from UNO. Her goal as a teacher is to foster a love of learning in each of her students.  She also believes in the importance of setting a nurturing and caring classroom environment where every student has the potential to succeed.
