Ms. Tammy Boudreaux
Welcome to Ms. Boudreaux's School Web page! She is thrilled to be able to share information through this webiste and hope you feel the same!
Ms. Boudreaux is a graduate of Nicholls State University. She has been teaching for approximately twenty years in the Louisiana public school system. Her first 10 years of teaching were at Destrehan High School in St. Charles Parish. While at Destrehan, she taught core subjects in self-contained classes, led horticultural classes, worked in the vocational kitchen and coached track, tennis and was the assistant volleyball coach. For the second ten years, she has been at C. F. Rowley where she began as a resource teacher and then moved into the position of teacher of middle school math. Ms. Boudreaux has been teaching math her entire teaching career and has come to enjoy it and is excited about sharing her knowledge with middle schoolers.
Ms. Boudreaux became a teacher to help students who are struggling in school as she did at one time. She feels very strongly about nurturing and providing a safe environment in which children can learn and grow. Ms Boudreaux loves sharing in the children's lives and teaching them in the way they need in order to succeed. She truly believes that every child can learn.
Ms. Boudreaux is involved in writing the 6th grade math curriculum; part of the school leadership team; and sponsors the "Cookie Club."
Outside of the classroom, Ms. Boudreaux enjoys cooking, baking, entertaining, gardening, riding her scooter to festivals, walking her dogs and cheering on the Saints! Who Dat!
