Welcome to music class at J. F. Gauthier Elementary School!  Mrs. Rockwell teaches every grade level except Pre-K.  She believes music class should include singing, composition, movement, instrument playing, sight-reading skills, and music history.  She has a Bachelor's Degree in Music Education with an emphasis on vocal music.  She also has a minor in piano.  Mrs. Rockwell was born and raised in St. Bernard Parish, and is continuing that legacy with her husband and two daughters. She is very glad to be a part of the wonderful staff at J. F. Gauthier Elementary School.
