Mrs. Kimberly La Greco has been teaching elementary school in St. Bernard Parish for the last 26 years. She has been teaching the first grade at Gauthier for the last 22 years. In 2007, Mrs. La Greco was chosen as Gauthier's Teacher of the Year and St. Bernard Parish - Teacher of the Year.  Mrs. La Greco has four children, all of which were educated in the St. Bernard Parish School System. Her daughter Joelle Powell and her daughter Nicole Dufrene both teach right alongside of her at Gauthier!  Mrs. La Greco spends her spare time teaching dance classes at The Dance Connection. She enjoys swimming, working in her garden, dancing and spending time with her husband, children and five grandchildren. Mrs. La Greco really enjoys watching her first graders learn, discover and grow through the year.
