Welcome to Mrs. Blanchard's 3^rd grade class!  A native of St. Bernard Parish and graduate of Chalmette High School and the University of New Orleans, Mrs. Blanchard has always wanted to make a big difference in the lives of young people.  She is very excited to have such a great teaching opportunity at Lacoste Elementary and looks forward to being a Lacoste Bulldog for years to come!  When not devising lesson plans and grading papers, Mrs. Blanchard enjoys time at the beach, shopping and spending quality time with her family and husband.  Mrs. Blanchard knows this is going to be a productive and rewarding year as she prepares her students to advance to 4^th grade and individually meet their greatest potential.
