Mrs. Eagerton is incredibly thrilled to welcome you to her class!! She could not be more excited to help and guide her students throughout the year in a comfortable but rigorous environment.  She graduated from Chalmette High School in 2012, and attended Louisiana State University, earning a Bachelor’s degree in English with a concentration of Secondary Education in 2016.  She spent the following summer teaching abroad in the beautiful country of Concepcion, Chile.  Mrs. Eagerton’s dream is to make a positive difference in the life of each child that she has the pleasure of educating, and Trist Middle School is the best place for her to do just that!

When she is not teaching, Mrs. Eagerton stays busy reading or traveling.  Although she does not have any children of her own yet, she loves to be around them.  She spends the majority of her free time with her nieces, nephews, and Godchildren.  Education is her passion, and she plans to pursue it further in the future.
