I am married and have three children and several beautiful grandchildren. I was born and raised in New Orleans, but moved to the Northshore when I was a teenager. In 2008, as the parish continued to rebuild and recover, post Katrina, I felt the call to leave my teaching position in Saint Tammany and come to Saint Bernard Parish as a Guidance Counselor. It is a decision I have never regretted. I love this parish and admire the hard-work, dedication, drive, and passion of my fellow co-workers.
